Our community's water meters are read each month using radio frequency software. Reads are captured in the software as the operator drives by the meter. Once collected, reads are reviewed for accuracy and any discrepancies are investigated prior to calculating bills. After verification, bills are processed and posted to accounts. If you have any questions about your bill, please contact our office.
